WORK Ltd is a multidisciplinary team;
we are both an advanced digital design studio specialising in VDC+Q, Virtual Design for Construction with Quantities, and a constructor.
Collaboration using hyper-granular BIM is essential to our design philosophy. From concept design, we engage all design consultants and trades specialists, in order to draw from the array of expertise. This ensures value, buildability and compliance with a multitude of regulations from the earliest stages.
From our experience, this approach results in harmony between lowered cost, optimised buildability, low-carbon materials, reduced waste, improved quality and improved energy performance.
We believe that when all players are incentivised to work together to achieve mutual goals, the result is a design that most effectively serves the occupants and the environment.
